Hi, everyone. I was banded Wednesday, July 26, 2006. I live in Houston and my doctor is Hadar Spivak, M.D. I've come to this site many times as a guest when doing research and got so much good information from all the postings. Thanks to all of you.

Hi there! Congratulations on your surgery Dr Spivak was my surgeon as well (Oct 2005), and I had little to no complications. I hope your recovery goes very smoothly. Try to get lots of rest, and get those liquids in!
