MelodyJ 0 Posted July 28, 2006 I don't know how much help I will be but here goes: I take a cheese stick as I found that to be mushy and soft....I pre-measure all my food and took alot of chicken salad and tuna salad....don't forget your baby spoon. Also took SF/FF pudding for a snack if needed. God Bless, Melody Banded 3/20/06 -70lbs
mousecrazy 2 Posted July 29, 2006 I drank a Protein Drink for Breakfast, because that is easy and I have a long commute. oatmeal or scrambled eggs would be good, too, if you have the time. String cheese, applesauce, cottage cheese, tuna/chicken salad, egg salad, soup...all of these are great for lunch, and easy, too! Wendy's chili is always pretty good for a lunch out. Pack an extra Protein drink for later in the afternoon if you find yourself hungry before you get off work. Hope this helps!
Elisabethsew 50 Posted July 29, 2006 I had a routine of taking cup-a-soup packets, a ready to drink Protein Shake, 4 oz of tuna or chicken salad and a fat free, sugar free pudding. I never ate all I brought but had a "selection" to choose from.
Yoda 0 Posted August 1, 2006 I have a teeny fridge in my office, so I stocked it with yogurt, pudding and milk...the milk was for oatmeal...I would bring packs of oatmeal to work as well (I still do this for lunch sometimes). On the mushie stage, I would also bring refried Beans or regular beans mushed up....and then nuke them and mix 'em with salsa/sour cream.
