Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted January 16, 2012 Keep yourself busy, use positive self talk and picture yourself with the weight melting away.... Think about getting new cloths and compliments from the people you love on how good you look. Think about better health. Pretty much try and stay busy and embrace the new you. VBKen 1 Posted January 16, 2012 I think everyone would have a little bit of panic. I'm less than 9 hours away from my surgery and it's all I can think about. I spent the day cleaning to keep my mind off of it. Good luck to you. 1 Sleeved&Hopeful reacted to this
Sleeved&Hopeful 182 Posted January 16, 2012 My surgery is the day after yours and I can hardly stand the wait. I feel like I'm pregnant and I'm in the last month and every day drags by as you get more and more excited and nervous about having the baby! This is exactly how I feel. I am trying to keep my mind off of it but it's nearly impossible. I'm not working right now and so I have way too much time on my hands. I've been working out more and getting ready but i'm driving my husband insane. I think the waiting is the worst part of it all.
Thomas CPA 496 Posted January 16, 2012 There is only like less than a 1% mortality rate. Just relax and enjoy the time. Plan your last full meal before surgery and have fun.
