I have eaten more than this. My hunger has returned but its mostly head hunger. I log my food on myfitnesspal.com
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted January 9, 2012 My NUT has told me that I need to be getting 1200 calories a day. This is alot of calories for me, I struggle with eating at this point. You are a year out and everything you have eaten is really healthy. From what I learned, if you are on a 1200 calorie diet, you will lose 2lbs a week. If it's 1500, you will lose 1 lb per week. It feels like you are in this range. CONGRATS on all your weight loss!
MINI-Me 196 Posted January 9, 2012 This seems in line to me. The cottage cheese is probably allowing for some "slide". Same for the potatos and corn. If you are within your calorie range, still feel resriction, and losing weight, don't worry about it.

Afro_Cyster 74 Posted January 9, 2012 I'm a month out and struggling with mushies. I'm trying to up my calories because I'm only managing about 400 max. So, hearing that it's possible to eat more is incouraging.
