Ugh! On my way to my first Body Pump class since before I went to Japan and Christmas. Wish me luck! I'm looking forward to a good workout and planning on a nice long soak in the tub before bed tonight.

OK, I'm home and I lived through it. Now we'll see how I do in tomorrow's class :-) Anyone for a rousing rendition of "Back in the Saddle Again"?
