HeidiA 31 Posted September 21, 2015 I'm in! My surgery is 9/24; I'm 5'2" and I have over 100 to lose; Great idea since 10lbs to a short person is vastly different compared to a tall person!

BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted September 24, 2015 Technically I'm 5'2" 3/4. Depending on who's measuring I get labeled wither 5'2" or 5'3". (I also think it depends on how high my hair is sitting that day Doing well but I was super obese so I still have a ways to go.
leuqar76 8 Posted September 24, 2015 Don't get discouraged. Measure your waist. You may find that you are losing inches.

Gonna be an awesome journey My 52 pounds includes my two week pre-op diet which I started May 26th. At the one month mark I started adding In different Proteins. I have added different foods each week. Sometimes I am ready for them and sometimes not. My body lets me know. The key for me has been logging my food. Knowing how much I am getting in Protein, carbs, fats. Now each day I get my Proteins, dairy, two veggies, two fruits. I haven't found room yet for grains, but that will come.
