sasicas 194 Posted January 4, 2012 Sometimes our bodies just don't want to lose weight, sometimes it's eating too much or not enough, it can be Water, it can be a million things. For me the Vitamins never affected anything, truthfully I am awful at remembering to take them but still lost all the weight and then some at a pretty fast rate. MoonSiren 48 Posted January 4, 2012 Try not to miss any doses of your Vitamins since it affects your energy level. I got a daily dose pill box with compartments for AM and PM.
