Indymom 132 Posted January 4, 2012 Feeling awesome today . . . tracked every bit of food that went into my mouth today, and I stayed within my plan (about 800 calories/35 carbs/75 protein). I also did a 50 minute strength class at the gym. I thought it was going to be a lot harder to get back in the swing of things, I'm so glad to be on track again.
