loretta54 2 Posted January 29, 2013 I am so glad that I found this thread! I was sleeved on 12/3 and as of today (8 weeks out), I have only lost 26 lbs. Don't get me wrong.... I am SO grateful to have lost that 26 lbs but I am getting very discouraged. Glad to know that I am not alone in this struggle!

*mommyof3* 7 Posted January 31, 2013 I was sleeved 1/23 and am down 4lbs from surgery day. Hoping to lose a good amount in my second week but I get so nervous that I will never get to my goal weight. But I do want to say that to everyone who is disappointed about losing 20 or more in 2 months or so, think of it this way, 10lbs of weight loss in a month is awesome in my book. You may have lost that prior to vsg but you probably wouldn't have continued losing that. You would have gained or not lost sometimes. With our sleeves, at least we will continue to lose. It may take longer than others but I have faith we will all get there. SW 226 Surgey day 214 CW

jkl94597 34 Posted February 1, 2013 Sleeved on 11/26 and down 25lbs. I had a 3 week stall at only 20lbs lost. I keep telling myself at least I'm losing but sometimes it's difficult not to get frustrated and disappointed. I work out 5-6 days a week and get more than enough Water so maybe I should adjust my calorie intake or up my Protein. For now I'm just continuing on my journey and hoping the numbers on the scale keep getting smaller no matter how long it takes!
