No game 14,437 Posted February 19, 2013 Yeah the cake wasn't good and I'm not happy about it. It was my sons birthday and I was powerless over it... And I ate a thin mint yesterday! I get so confused like Dana said some people here say they eat 600 calories a day and are losing great then you have others say they are eating 1100 a day and they are losing.. johnlatte 1,232 Posted February 19, 2013 I dunno, I don't think that I've hit 1100 yet. Have tried, but, truly I don't want to eat. I have to make myself do it and most of time I really do just forget to eat. I'll confess, did eat a very small sliver of pizza last night, it was my daughters surprise bday party. DanaInNewOrleans 513 Posted February 19, 2013 I eat anywhere from 559 to 750 calories a day I don't know I just "feel" like it would be even worse for me if I ate more.. One day I hit 900 but that was because I ate a little cake. Laura, I feel the same way. I just have a " feeling" that eating more just isn't the answer for me. And it's not just the dramatic Oh my God I'm afraid I might gain a pound..... it's more like intuition .... lol But trust me, I wish it WAS the answer!
