Bought our dream home six years ago across from a Lake on top of a large steep hill overlooking it. We had lived I the other house THIRTY TWO YEARS!!! Can u imagine the CRAP??!! Lol. I have so much crap too! I've lived in this house for 23 years. I can't get over everything we have to do to prepare for the sale. The good news is, I am not very fond of Quest bars anymore. they are starting make me nauseous. I met with my case manager at kaiser and she sent me an after care plan for me. I basically follow the preop diet with extra treats in maintenance mode. If my weight is to high to suit me, I cut out the treats. It's working for me so far.
