I have a friend thats 2 months RNY she keeps looking for new things to eat (of course) well she said she tried this no problem well I am thinking just because it doesnt upset your stomach doesnt mean you should eat it. The first ingredient on there is enriched flour? mind you it only has 7 grams of sugar but still i never really eat things like that what do you all think?

I've eaten it a few times. I add it to my yogurt if I get tired of adding granola. It's not stopped me from hitting all my goals. However, to each his or her own!

I like them a lot. However, I don't eat them a lot either.

Oh yeah they are wonderful... why I don't eat them a lot... LOL! Also why I only eat them in my yogurt so I get a little too full to eat more than I should.

Anything in moderation!
