Whooooooo. Had my first land workout with pers trainer today. 5 min on handbike and 5 on treadmill. Then 12lb bar with bicep curls and 6lb ball and bench marching and cross hand to knee. Yeow. Breathing hurts. Back in pool tomorrow. But ow ow ow ow ow! But not hungry any more :)

Hear me? I'm not hungry any more.

Awesome!! It sounds like you had a good workout! Those endorphins that we release while working out are addicting!! :)
