BabyAnne 0 Posted July 26, 2006 I take my lunch with me everyday to work and for the past few days I have been getting really bad stomach aches and acid reflux but i could not figure out what it could be from? Then I realized it could be from eating peaches? I guess they could be hard to digest? Anyone else have this problem?
princess_n_thep 2 Posted July 26, 2006 nope. Dunno what to tell ya on this one. Maybe try a different fruit>?
vinesqueen 2 Posted July 26, 2006 Some folks have a very difficult time with the skin on some fruit, including tomatoes, makes them "stuck" every time. As for the reflux/acid, it might be that they are exceptionally sweet and that is causing a problem? I would go with Jenna, and suggest trying something else and seeing if that helps. DonnaB 3 Posted July 26, 2006 I don't have a problem with fruit except for oranges - the pulp is no problem but that white, stringy outer membrane just can't be chewed up. I do have to be careful with plum and Tomato skin though. If I cut them into small bite sized pieces, that takes care of the problem.
christa94 0 Posted July 26, 2006 canned fruit is also easier to deal with. maybe you could peel the skin off and not eat that part.
