My First Official Post-op Gastric Sleeve Surgery Post

Hello All,

I was sleeved 12/20. Besides the occasional gas bubble, I am doing great. Gonna try not to weigh until my post op visit next Weds. For now I am just sipping and walking and walking and sipping.

Had mine 12/15/11 feel great. I did weigh and I was shocked 28 down since pre-op 12/9/11

I am 52 with a BMI of 44

I am married to a very supportive husband who is helping me everyday.

I am going to kick butt on the weight and never look back.

With prayer this decision was made and I believe Jesus is in control.

We're almost sleeve sisters, sounds like you are doing great so far, that is wonderful. Kind of weird period of time now to no longer be anticipating it...weird, huh? Congrats and Merry Christmas.
