okay sbmorgaine are we being banded at the same time,,august 10th or so?? Are you having it attheTBLC or in Mississauga?

I just ate the large conatiner of yogurt, went down like BUDDER...lol. So how are you guys losing weight before surgery when I am hungry, am I supposed to eat like little yogurts? I didn't get an amount.

Thaks also for the headache info,..lol I look forward toit...NOT. maybe I am eating so much yogurt, it won't happen.

So, heres one, does everyone have to eat different special diets before surgery?

I was told by the nutritionist that the headache is from carb and suger withdrawl, so if your doing Atkins, I guess that would make sense. Remember it's only temporary.

I'm a Texas girl, but if you don't mind, I just want to encourage you to take it a day at a time, and prove to yourself that you "have had the power all along." (That's probably a misquote, but it's from the Wizard of Oz). It will be the singular, best thing you'll ever prove to yourself. Just do it, friend!

god i am sooo hungry and i have eaten 3 yogurts total today i mean the big ones, but they are Fluid and i am HUNGRY!!! I wasn't told how much, but I am starved here.
