173.1 last week, and 174.2 lbs this morning for a *GAIN* of 1.1 pounds.

I have 3.1 lbs to go until -100 lbs, and 5 lbs to go to be at my personal goal weight of 169 lbs.

My body has done this before... (the gaining, then dropping thing), so, I'm trying not to sweat it. :)

Oopps....sorry! I quoted my wrong week!! Last week I was 200. Today I am 198. So it's a 2 pound loss for me AND I am OFFICIALLY in Onderland!! Yesterday was 4 months since my surgery. 55 pounds lost! :-)

Still at 198. I'm yoo-yooing around! Oh well. I started Water aerobics this week and feel great! I can tell my body is reshaping itself.

238.2! Yes I'm in the "230"'s my weight loss has Been slow but I will be the first to admit that so have I. I am terrible with my Water and Vitamins. Today was the first day in weeks that I had gotten in all my Protein all my water and all my vitamins. Judge me if u want new sleevers but u will understand when u get back to ur normal routine that its tough to keep up. I was off of work for 6 weeks after surgery and it was so easy to keep track of everything then. Now that I'm back to work full time and then some I have to set up alarms on my phone to remind me to take vitamins and water etc. I will get there! I'm hoping by the end of march to be in wonderland. And then at goal of 150 in October which would mark my surgiversary!

It's not Saturday but I'm all out of whack. Was in the hospital for a month with a leak BUT! I'm out, slowly getting better, and have lost 27lbs since 11-19. That's WITH 3 weeks of pound packing TPN. Whew.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
