I didn't weigh in last week because we were on vacation in VEGAS!!

So two weeks ago (Oct. 21st) I was 191.4 pounds.

This morning (Nov. 3rd - also my 7 month surgery anniversary) I am 186.7 pounds!

That is 4.7 pounds lost in 2 weeks!!
