I was also nervous. Worked so hard to get here, then wanted to run the am of the surgery. I thought I was going to die. I kept reminding myself that "My thought lie to me." Which is what I teach my clients and hear I am sitting there having to keep reminding myself. I did it anyways and here I am with tremendous weight loss and still breathing. I feel better and better everyday and would make the same decision again. Happy about the new me!
