Khy 16 Posted December 17, 2011 I am a little over half way to my goal. The problem is the weight loss has slowed down to barely a crawl. In the last 11/2 months and I have lost only 3 or 4 lbs. I have changed up what I eat and my exercise. Nothing seems to speed it up. Is this average for about half the weight gone or is my body just being stubborn? My weight does continue to drop but oh so slow... Just wonder what others have experienced at this stage. Khy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
