Take chapstick or some other kind of lip balm. Warm houseshoes and socks. Something comfy to walk the halls in (PJ's or sweats - loose around your middle). A comfy bra to wear under your top while you are walking. Moisturizer for your face and hand creme for your hands.

My favorite Protein during the clear liquid stage was Isopure plus. I ordered it from Amazon.com.< /p>
