Pumpkin Pie

I made this last night and thought it was great...my husband and 11 year old couldn't stop eating it either!! I know it's after Thanksgiving, but I love pumpkin all year long!!'

1 15oz can pumpkin

3 eggs

3/4 c. splenda (or 18 pkts)

1/2 tsp. salt

1 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

3/4 cup of milk (I used half and half)

Blend together and pour into piepan that has been sprayed w/Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45min...let cool and serve. I topped it w/sugarfree Coolwhip and it was yummy!! Also, I am going to make another today and maybe use a couple less packets of Splenda, as it does have some of the Splenda aftertaste.
