I start my 2 week pre op diet on the 13th. Instructions say that I need 2 Meal Replacements along with 1 high Protein meal (meat, cheese, egg, veggies..etc). Does anyone know of a good Meal Replacement? I have alot of protein mixes but that's not the same,,is it?

I use the Premier Nutrition Bars that are sold at Sam's Club. They aren't "great", but they are tolerable. I keep one in my purse at all times. Our Sam's only carries the mixed box which has Double chocolate, chocolate Peanut Butter and Yogurt Crunch. I prefer the last one.

I wish I knew of a meal replacement that wasn't sweet. Maybe someone will invent something...and, yes, I know about Unjury's chicken broth. :::Sneer::: I don't like it, unfortunately.

i love the pure Protein Bars i get from wal mart they have 20gm pro and 2g sugar.

I have to go on a 2 week pre op diet. I was told to use meal replacements 2 x a day. I've bought some samples of different products and brands,,I had a couple sample packets that read specifically "meal replacement" I looked at nutrional info and they do have all the extra Vitamins whereas the regular Protein Drinks just provide you with basically Protein. Does anyone recommend a good meal replacement?
