I have my dietician appointment tomorrow. I have no idea what to expect.....anyone care to share with me?:) Thanks!

My dietician went over all the Vitamins I was taking (had to bring in all the bottles for him to get information), discussed what I should get in for each meal, number of meals and caloric intake considering my exercise routine.

Basically just a preop tuneup of what you should be doing and eating.
