Unjury Chicken Broth

I got some Unjury chicken broth powder yesterday at the dietician's office. It says not to use Water over 130 degrees or it will affect the consistency. How do I know when the water is 130 degrees? i was going to use the hot water from my Keurig but that will definitely be too hot so how do you know?
