Imlosing big 112 Posted December 6, 2011 your right on track you have to keep in mind it's only been four months. In four months I lost about the same. But the questions truly is are you exercising and getting in your Protein and Water? Don't get discouraged you come this far all you have is success in your path way and you will achieve if you so believe it. i was right there with you. I'm now 8 months out and very close to goal. So you will be there too. You didn't gain weight over night don't expect to lose it all over night but it will come.. You've done so well..
