I haven't checked in a lot have been real busy, but wanted to update you. I am down 62 pounds on my 3 month sleaave birthday. I am thriled. =) Putting this sleeve to work!

did u ever eat carby n sugary things at alk during that time? Please let us know your approximate diet in a day. It would help me a lot. Thank u great job!!!
