Flabuless 0 Posted November 21, 2011 I had the sleeve Oct 31, Excited over losing 20 lbs, and then it quit-----------Arghhhhh, I read it was the 3 week stall, but it is making me crazy, I keep thinking I am doing something wrong!
Lisa821 29 Posted November 21, 2011 I hear ya!! I'm 20 days postop and have been stalled for a week now. At first I didn't care but over the last two days it has started to frustrate me. However, I am now able to take in well-chewed meat so I think I will be able to get in enough Protein and calories. I do believe that our bodies don't know what to do with the drastic reduction in calories and puts everything on hold until it figures out what to do. I have hope that I will start losing once my body gets the message that more calories/protein/nutrients are coming in. In the meantime, I am getting really frustrated. It is so weird cuz I was absolutely fine with it for the first days of the stall but now...not so much. I do find that I have a shorter temper and I am more emotional, at times, since my surgery. Never realized how sensative I am to blood sugar levels. Well at least I think that's what its from. Anyways, have faith my friend we WILL push through this stall....I just know it! JenniLee0628 3 Posted November 21, 2011 I have lost around 30 and now am stalling! Don't get discouraged this happens for up to a few weeks then all of the sudden you drop 10 in days! Keep on going and stay positive!

mnbsleeve 87 Posted November 22, 2011 Hang in there fabuless! Some of stall constantly throughout the entire process! It does seem to start up again. You're not "doing anything wrong!" It's just really hard when it's happening. I think in the beginning, pretty much everyone seems to stall shortly after surgery. At least that's my sense from what I've been reading these last few months. I can just say, hang tight! It WILL come off and it WILL be great! :-) Rooting for you!
