gracemarie 6 Posted November 17, 2011 I need my coffee and thank goodness my one cup does not bother me at all. I was addicted to only have coffee with vanilla cream in it. Now I put a scoop of vanilla Unjury and blend it and it tastes just like a Latte...

Sassygirl06 962 Posted November 19, 2011 to funny. i was never a big coffee drinker before surgery. so it wouldnt bother me if i couldnt drink it now. however, my hubby makes coffee daily, and i have had some and it doesnt bother me at all. i just think its funny that it isnt a big deal to me, and so of course i can have it. MegInNOLA 531 Posted November 19, 2011 I couldn't get by without my coffee--and I drink it iced with milk, so I consider it a Protein source!!! LOL This way, it can sit around for a few hours as I slowly sip it. I literally get one every morning and take it to work, and it lasts me throughout the morning hours. I usually have another on the way home from work (caffeine does not keep me up at night) at 5 or so. Love it and am really happy that my sleeve also likes it okay. lsereno 2,525 Posted November 20, 2011 I have a soy latte every morning. When I make it at home, it's 8 grams of Protein and 80 calories. The Tall Soy Latte at Starbucks has 130 calories and 7 grams Protein. I don't have the Starbucks version very often. I suck mine down usually within 1/2 hour then have Breakfast after I work out. Sometimes in the afternoon or evening I have a second one with Starbucks Via Italian Decaf. Lynda
