favoredone 590 Posted November 16, 2011 I know Diva!!! I'm looking for someone to teach my classes for at least 4 weeks in January.. I thought about working 3 days a week after my 2-week Holiday break.. Last night my doctor was like, NOPE!! You need time for yourself and you're gonna take it.. I can't even work from home!!! LOL... But, I'm okay w/ that... I actually cooked this week...no eating out, low carb, high Protein meals... Having a good week so far!!! favoredone 590 Posted January 23, 2012 I'm just dealing w/ the emotional part of this weight loss journey... I didn't think I had very grandiose expectatins about weight FLYING off.. but I did.. and I'm struggling w/ disappointment about not losing a the amount of weight I was a first... Then, I can't work out yet...BUT... I'm embracing my process and enjoying the journey moment by moment!!... Thanks for your encouragement and responses...
