ara1973 2 Posted November 15, 2011 Hello everyone, I was sleeved on Oct 8, 2011. I have lost a total of 45 lbs since my pre-op diet. I was so excited seeing the scale go down 3 or 4 lbs at a time. I am now eating regular foods, but only what I can hold because I get full pretty easy. Believe me it doesn't take much to fill me up now. The problem is that for the past two weeks I have not lost any more weight. I don't know if this is normal or if I am doing something wrong. Has anyone out there had this similar issue? wishes 125 Posted November 15, 2011 Yeah, regular food diet will sometimes do that, but give it a week or two. Folllow the plan and get your fluids. The scale will move again. It took three weeks for me.
Fendo 1 Posted November 15, 2011 Same here. I've stalled. I don't stress over it as long as I don't have a plus. lol But I haven't really been walking or working out either. I'll get on it sooner or later. Just enjoying feeling better. Good luck!

saladgirl 1 Posted November 15, 2011 I had the sleeve done last Thanksgiving. I would plateau for a while then start losing again. Remember your body is adjusting and trying to adjust so keep up the good work and don't give up.
