Questions for Surgeon???

Hello,

I remember seeing a thread in the past about this....if anyone knows where it is, and wouldnt mind posting it here, I'd appreciate it. If not, I have my appt with the surgeon on Weds, and I need to know what I should ask....I do have my own list of questions already, I just want to make sure I am not leaving anything out....Thanks for your help.
