Liquid Stage issues

I was banded 4 days ago and am in the liquid stage right now.

Last night I think I drank too much and began to feel full and uncomfortable. The problem is that the feeling has not gone away yet. 21 hours later I still feel very full. I have not drank much today because I don't want the feeling to continue.

Any ideas?

Imagine,

I was just banded July 8th and I felt full like I never had quit eating for a long time. Until the 2 week mark I didn't have a hunger sensation. Is it that or do you still feel uncomfortable??? Hope your feeling better.

This came on last night around 7pm, I think I drank too much.

Now the feeling won't go away

Maybe just try warm liquids and a hot water bottle or heating pad...I'm sorry you're going through this. I have had little aches and pains along the way including one night when I think I drank to much lemonade (maybe the acidity was the problem) but my bad moment was one of feeling nauseated, dizzy like I was going to pass out and feeling like I was going to vomit. YUCK!! I am sure we will learn quickly with things like this the in's and out's of this band lifestyle. Good luck, I hope your discomfort subsides.
