100 pounds GONE!!!

Wasn't sure where to post this, so I am posting it in two places. Please forgive me if you read it twice.

At my initial consultation for surgery I weighed 291lbs. Today I am proud to announce I weigh 190lbs. Therefore I have lost 101lbs!!!

I am very proud of the accomplishment I just achieved. I honest have a hard time believing I lost that much weight. I have about 40 to 45 more pounds to go to reach my ultimate goal and I hope to reach that by next spring.

I will upload pictures a little later.

me again:o) continuing post...lololo Sheila, i'm just starting my journey, WLS 12/6/11 - I am so scared things won't work out well, weight loss, then i see a post like yours, and i am so excited.

I'm not scared of the surgery or stuff, anestesia (bad msp lolol) I'm worried big time will i eat the right foods, quantities etc. I know i won't eat too much, i have seen recipes on puter, i'm just confused about a recipe that makes 4 normal servings, and we only eat a few bites or so.

i'm also concerned about drinking Water too fast at the beginning.

Can't think of other concerns, they are out there though.
