Come Friday I'll be six weeks removed from VSG surgery. I want to take just two supplements daily but they're in Vcaps or Softgels. Has anyone taken capsules post surgery? If so, when?

Yes I have and do. Ummm I was probably 4 weeks out. I tolerate them just fine. Give them a try

I take capsules every day. I started at about 2 weeks post op and have had no problems.
