Kristy 90 Posted November 3, 2011 Gosh where has the time gone???? It's crazy to think that 6 months ago today, I had the VSG!!! and It's the greatest thing in the WORLD!! I'm down a total of 80 pounds as of today!!! :purplebananna: I'm so close to Onederland and was hoping to be there by today, but hey I'll get there!!! I weighted in today at 203...I started at 282 and since surgery have lost a total of 65 pounds..It has been a struggle the past couple of months, but I knew that would happen. I think that I need to eat more, I don't think that 3 small meals a day is doing enough for me and some days I only drink about 40 ounces of Water..so I'm trying to up both and gonns see if that helps.. lsereno 2,525 Posted November 4, 2011 Hey Kristy, Congrats on 6 months and a great weight loss!! I'm just a few weeks behind you and I know what you mean about struggling! I generally have a snack midmorning (soy milk latte) and sometimes a little something before I go to bed if I am hungry. I am keeping calories at around 800 a day. I am working out 5-6 days per week. I use a scratch pad to track my fluids and try to have in 4 cups by lunch and 6 cups by dinner time. If I don't hit it early in the day, it's too much to catch up with at night. I am exercising but not as much as I shuold be..Only like 2 times a week, so I know that if I focus, I can continue with great success..Already today I have planned 2 extra Protein Snacks and gonna really try for 80 ounces of Water today...Hoping by Monday to finally hit ONEDERLAND!!!!
