Peony 3 Posted October 25, 2011 This is helpful, I came on the forum today to look for information about stalls/plateaus, so the timing of this was great! :-) I have about 20 lbs. left to go and I'm definitely struggling. My weight has been virtually unchanged for the last three weeks. I think it's definitely time to add some additional workouts to the mix and also document (more closely) what I'm eating. I know that the closer you get to your goal weight, the harder it can become to lose. I'm hoping to be able to welcome 2012 at my goal weight. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
