Hi well had primary approved clear me and 10-18-2011 and now yesterday completed pulmonary and cardiac nutritionist so excited got cleared from them now just waiting for insurance I was just dx with hypertension

borderline diabetic and cholesteral I am praying this will improve my chances for approval I have empire bc bs...........ny
