Try and get in at least 30 minutes of walking everyday. It makes a bit difference.
FishingNurse 1,211 Posted October 20, 2011 This is soooo normal. It might not move for another week or 2 but when it starts again you will drop a lot of weight fast again. Hang in there and keep doing what you are doing!
Sleeve2B 11 Posted October 25, 2011 Nurselisa22, I like your attitude! I too am stalled. It began at 3 weeks. Its been hanging around until week 5 thus far. I am dying to get the scale moving again. I work out alot, and am trying to get more Water in, but the stupid scale will not move. Just reading your post peeped me up some. Thanks for the great attitude! ItsTheSleeve 2 Posted October 25, 2011 I am finally getting out of that stall. It started at three weeks and I only lost about a pound a week for over 2 weeks. Just this past week the scale has started moving again. Thanks to everyone here I realize how normal that was. What got me through it was taking my measurements instead. I was still losing inches even though the scales wasn't budging. And my clothes were getting bigger. During the stall I had to get new jeans because my old "skinny" ones were way too big. Hang in there. The scale will start moving again.
