Beth323 13 Posted October 20, 2011 I am down 25 lbs including my 10lbs pre surg diet wt loss. I am on a soft diet and am learning what my sleeve likes and doesn't like. I can eat 1/4 of food at a time, NOT a bite more. I returned to work this week and as to where I can usually sit the better part or the day on my job it worked out that I ended up on my feet for 3.5 solid hours and it whooped my butt. I have not had Pain since 10/13/11 but today I felt it the price I paid for being on my feet yesterday., I am finding hard to get more than 40 oz fluids in a day and I am getting about 60 gm Protein. My Dr wants me to get in 64 oz Fluid and 70 gr protein so I am working on that.
