Almost 4 months out...how many calories did you take in?

Hi everyone,

I am almost 4 months out. How many calories did you get in at 4 months? ive noticed that im more hungry than before , not sure if im needing to up my calories. i range right now between around 800. ( sometimes as low as 700, or as high as 900)

I was sleeved on 7/7/11 so I am right behind you. I am averaging the same number of calories that you are, around 800, and my NUT and Dr. say that it is perfect. Quantitywise they want me stay at about 1/2 cup of food until at least Christmas.

I have seen slow but good results.
