k__ 3 Posted October 13, 2011 does anyone know - if I'm able to get 100% RDA on Iron & zinc, and keep up 70+ gr. Protein per day, will it prevent or limit Hair loss? I'm putting together a collection of iron-rich recipes and tracking my intake on sparkpeople.com. From what I gather, the protein intake alone won't do much.
