ehello everybody im shannon a 39yr old mom of 5 from connecticut, i started my sleeve journey almost a year ago and am now on day 3 of my 7 day liquid diet to prepare for my surgery that is coming up this wednesday the 19th of october ....... im excited but now getting a little scared too...ill keep you all updated on my progress and too youo all i wish nothing but the best of luck in your journeys !!!!!

Congratulations. This will be the best decision you ever made. I had surgery on 9/6 and am already down 32 pounds (including 11 lb lost during 2 week pre-op diet) and have already eliminated my blood pressure and diabetes medications. My blood sugar and blood pressure are now normal. I feel better than I have in years!!! Good luck and keep in touch.
