Im ashamed, but I have to ask...

I am about 8months into my sleeve. Not proud to say, but i was recently diagnosed with chlamydia. i was given a weeks worth of antobiotics. and actually was on a different 1 for 3 days before i found out because i also had a uti. so...11 days worth of meds...8 of those on 2 different antibiotics twice a day,,,im wondering with the filtering so fast and slight absorption issues,,,,,do you think it would be cleared up? i know b est bet is to go see the doc again but i wanted to ask some fellow sleevers what you think first.

The absorption issues with the sleeve are very small and are different for everyone. Just be sure to take the whole regimen and then definitely go back and see your doctor. GL

I have a heart issue that requires antibiotics before dental work and my doctor told me that after the healing process (first weeks only) of complete there should not be any issues at all. So I'd agree with the previous post that you should be fine in regards to absorption.
