IT's new as far as I know. Has anyone seen it or tried it? It looks interesting. I though after I am cleared to exercise again I could utilize something like this to transition back into Krav Maga. Ya know, to regain some flexibility and to move around. His other programs have been around for years, most notable is the Tae Bo series. The PT 24/7 is somewhat inexpensive in comparison to the cost of my two 35lb kettlebells.

I had not heard of it until your post. It's looks interesting. I might give it try; I tried Tae Bo years ago (VHS, that tells you how long ago :-)).
