MarVal 0 Posted October 6, 2011 I've tried several different pritein shakes and have learned that if I need a B.M. I have a drink. I'm looking forward to to trying the bars. That happens this weekend! Yeah! I've also found that yogurt gives my throat a sticky feeling. None of the other foods I eat do that and I know it's high in Protein. Why would yogurt do that?
