My nutritionist recommended powdered Peanut Butter ( I know sounds gross) called PB2. You mix 2 tablespoons of the powder with 1 tablespoon of Water....and voila...peanut butter that actually tastes amazing! Its about 6 dollars a jar but nutrition info is amazing:

2 tbsp of powder:

45 calories

1.5g fat

5g Protein

5g of carbohydrates

2g of Fiber

Hy-Vee sells it in the organic section of the store. Some stores have chocolate PB2 as well.
