Some Sobe's or Chrystal Lite with acid (almost all have acid of some kind- but I hate Water and am trying to keep calories low) hurt for a few minutes and pass.

Have you tried "spa water"? I love them. Google it. It is Water you flavor at home with your favorite herbs. Don't use the recipes with citrus, but there are plenty others. I really enjoy the ones with cucumber or ginger to name a few.

Gastric Sleeve Plication. Stomach sewn together to make the same size bougie as a regular sleeve, but stomach not stapled and removed. I believe all WLS stretch in time. Thank you for "spa water" I will google it!
