sfsue 0 Posted October 2, 2011 I'm 69 and five years out from my sleeve. Last summer (2010) I was highly motivated because my granddaughter got married, and then a couple of months later I attended my 50-year high school reunion. I actually lost enough weight that I was my high school weight at the reunion. It was great. Then, somehow, a couple of pounds here and a couple of pounds there, I picked up 30 pounds the following year. So I went back on the Protein Shakes, and am really frustrated at how slowly the weight is coming off. Is it just because I'm older? Does anyone else have any experience with this? wondering1 103 Posted October 8, 2011 I haven't been sleeved long but I don't think it's your age. You said the weight is coming off very slowly, but it's still coming off right? So keep up the good work. I'm sure you'll get it off.
