tracking requirements

My surgery is Monday and I am trying to get everything together. Has anyone on here come up with a means to track the Water, Protein, Vitamins and other nutrional items, like a spread sheet or tally or journal. I would apreciate your suggestions as I would like to get it together before I come home zoned out!:lol:

Try www.myfitnesspal.com. I'm pre-op but I've been using myfitnesspal to keep track of what I eat. Sure was a wake up call to how many calories, fat grams, carbs- etc. I was actually taking in.
